September is Urology Awareness Month, the annual campaign bringing together the urology community to raise awareness of urological cancers and conditions.
As part of our pilot project Safe Spaces, UA members have identified what’s needed to make a venue a good place to visit, particularly within the first 12 months after surgery.
We believe the NHS and social care workforce needs to be properly resourced and supported to provide quality, personalised and equitable care. That’s why we’ve proudly joined more than 80 other organisations in putting our name to a joint statement issued by National Voices – the leading coalition of health and social care charities in England – calling on the government to act.
