As many of our members know, stoma care can vary widely depending on where you live. So, in a bid to address this postcode lottery and help ‘level up’ provision, we recently joined forces with fellow charities the Ileostomy and Internal Pouch Association and Colostomy UK at a Parliamentary reception to lobby MPs and Peers about this.
The Urostomy Association is creating a beautiful book for children under 7, recognising that helping them understand the adult world.
