Refunds Policy

The Urostomy Association will only normally make a refund where payments are made in error by the payee. If you feel that a payment has been made by you erroneously then you must make an application to the National Secretary of the Association for a refund. This should explain the circumstances which gave rise to the erroneous payment.

The National Secretary will determine whether a refund is appropriate. In the event that an application for a refund is refused then an appeal on this judgement may be made to the National Executive Committee of the Association. Their decision will be final.

Refunds will be processed as soon as practicable after a decision is made and will be paid by cheque.

The Urostomy Association does not normally refund subscription payments.
