Members often tell us how valuable it is to speak with people who truly understand what life is like with a urostomy. But with local meetings becoming less common, these opportunities can be hard to find.
So Coloplast is helping us launch a series of online support group meetings – starting Monday 27 October at 7pm. Depending on feedback, we hope to run these sessions four times a year. We’ll start with a short topical presentation from a stoma care specialist, followed by insights from a product supplier. After that, you’ll have around 40 minutes to connect in small groups to share experiences, tips, and seek advice with others who truly understand.
We think these support sessions will be a wonderful complement to our popular ‘Meet the Experts’ webinars, which have already received fantastic feedback. Recordings from the eight webinars we’ve run to date have been viewed almost 2,000 times, showing just how much people value connecting, learning, and sharing in this way.
